I have been a PNC customer for close to 30 years. It was my primary bank for both checking and savings. This branch, now closest to home and coveniently located to my work, refused to order enough cash for me to cover a $15K settlement check drawn upon Geico Insurance Company. With that hassel and embarrassment, plus subsequent offers by other banks to entice me to make "them" my main bank, I've relocated elsewhere. While I maintain token amounts in my accounts here, I rarely walk into a PNC today.
