I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years now. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They treat you like a number instead of a human being. I have switched to a smaller bank and they are great. I am now treated with respect and I had forgotten what that feels like. If you are thinking about banking with PNC (at least this branch) I would highly discourage you. And if I cant change your mind, at least be sure to avoid coletta like the plague!
