Incompetence at uts finest! They act like my $ is theirs! Carol os rude and hard to deal with...unhelpful! Transfering every last penny out of this horrid bank! Its been 2 dats still not teansfered to our other bank!!! Have had no acess to our funds for over a week! Unprofessional and uncaring unless u have alot of $$$$
