WORST ATM - I love PNC bank in general but this one has one of the worst ATMs I have ever used. It doesn’t let you choose the bill denominations like a lot of the better ATMs which would be ok if it didn’t dispense $50 bills. Nowhere takes these! Then when I tried to immediately deposit these archaic bills (literally, they were so old they didn’t even have anti counterfeit features) the ATM would not take them back! The staff is friendly, no issues there. I went to talk about mortgages and the process because I am working towards buying my first house. I was helped and given good information but the property I was looking at was potentially not going to be something they would give a mortgage on because it is commercial, there is a house on the property that someone currently lives in, but I never got a definitive answer because I needed to get the exact zone.
