I came to exchange foreign currency, and I ended up depositing foreign currency because it had to go in my account for some reason. Right before I left, I was told the money is in my account now, I was not asked if I want any cash at that time. There was a line behind me, so I said okay and left, thinking that I would just use an ATM. Both ATMs at this branch are not working, I tried an ATM across the street and it said that the money is still not in my account. Great job PNC!
