I am so disappointed in PNC’s trend of eliminating the most fundamental banking services from their banks. These “fake banks” result in poor customer service.
Has to be the slowest bank on the planet. Nice people though. Plus, for some reason the drive through seems to be closed everytime I try to use the bank.
The drive through ATM at the Sawmill location straight up looks like it's from the 80's. Time for an update!!
Be careful with all PNC banks and monitor all your deposits, withdrawals and purchases. This bank steals from their clients. Dates of transactions will change and they would lie and take your money. Keep all deposit reciepts and purchase reciepts. I have caught this bank more than once stealing money not just from me but people I also know who banks with pnc.
