Bad treatment, they make excuses not to let me withdraw my own money from them
Teller Shamene is very friendly. Excellent customer service
They refused to cash a $13,000 check from progressive for our automobile accident. Apparently unless you are a member they can't cash anything for you for more than $1,000. This is an absolute garbage Bank. I would not recommend using PNC.
