Always happy faces when I go inside. I called today to ask them if they could remove an overdraft fee bc I’m in a difficult spot, Tim was so kind and patient, chatted with me and ended up refunding the entire fee. I live in Columbus but this is the branch I always go to because everyone is so sweet.

Don’t respect customer times and appointments are of waste of time
Never has money and rude managers. Avoid if at all possible and move your digital numbers to a different bank that actually has liquid cash. If you try to pull your money out, don't expect much. The automated teller at the drive-through is better than the managers here. The guys working there don't care about anything other than talking about going golfing, and their probably terrible at that, too.
