Man handles my money like it’s the final round of the playoffs. 🏆 Anytime I walk into PNC, he greets me like we’re about to run a multi-million dollar operation — even though I’m just depositing gas money. Bro keeps my accounts smoother than fresh wax on a luxury coupe. If Greg says it’s handled, trust me… it’s handled. 💼💰🔥
I was struggling at the atm machine and Greg saw I was struggling and he called me over I had to wait in line there and I could've been on my way faster if I stuck to the atm machine

Don’t know her name, but it’s an older lady, white hair with a perm. She REALLY needs training on customer service. Caught an attitude with me about cashing and depositing my check. I have an account there so I don’t understand what the problem was, and she was no help either
I spoke to Michelle Nightheardt and Neman Simon on a recorded line today and they are refusing to help me. I had to submit a BBB complaint due to their fraudulent activity and flippant attitude and disregard for my rights as a client / customer. They have totally dropped the ball on my account services and did not have the right to close my account without speaking with me first. Listen to the last recorded phone call to hear how awful they treat their customers. Very disappointed. Shame on PNC
