Edit to my review: changing it from a 5 star to a 1 star. Banked with them for a while. Changed my direct deposit from them, because if you're a person like me who works late shifts and gets off close to midnight, I'm sure you be wanting to grab a late night snack before heading home. There were times where when I got off close to midnight and tried to look into my account to see how much I have to spare to buy something to snack on, BOOM, the account balance doesn't show because they're under "routine maintenance." This branch was unable to cash a check that was issued by PNC due to insufficient funds at this location. PNC would have charged 2% of the total amount since I was not member even though it was a check that they issued. Good to know I’ll never do business with PNC.
