My Mother, for so many years were with you .So I decided to keep her account opened. She passed away last year on March 8, 2014
Very slow to answer the phone ever time i call. I usually give up and call back another time after more than 3 minute wait. Seem to be knowledgeable once you ever get a hold of someone. I think it is horrible to have to beg a business to let me spend money with them.

Went in to open an account at 430, bank closes at 5. 1 guy working the counter handling the 4 of us in line in the bank and the pile of cars outside the bank. one lady immediately to the left as you walk in, alone in her office ignoring the customers.
