Went in to open an account at 430, bank closes at 5. 1 guy working the counter handling the 4 of us in line in the bank and the pile of cars outside the bank. one lady immediately to the left as you walk in, alone in her office ignoring the customers. I came to ask about some literature on checking and savings accounts. The woman named Rhonda was intense to say the least. In tone and posture. Using lots of hand gestures and finger pointing. She said they didn't have any literature for checking and savings account in the building and referred that I go to their online website and try to apply online.
