Tellers can't print debit cards here either even though I was sent here for that exact reason. Again, what is the point in having branches if yall aren't going to serve your customers? The teller wouldn't even let me finish explaining my situation (I had money stolen from my account) before cutting me off. I need a new card and to file a fraud charge and no one will listen to me
Today is April 1, 2025 and I visited PNC bank in Lyndhurst OH 44124. It was disaster and waiting time was about 30 minutes! Lack of teller and station are obvious in this branch and it can’t Handel the traffic. Below picture talk for itself
I've always loved this branch, but having Ms. Essence as my banker today......MY GOD SHE IS A ANGEL!!!!!! Her customer service and knowledge is PERFECTION!!! I'm almost 50 years old and she taught me more about banking than I've known!!! Yes, because of her, I'm locked in with PNC!! YOU GO MS. ESSENCE, YOU ROCK!!!!
