Serious trust breach. Transaction #00482. Made a very large deposit yesterday - I told the teller I wanted it deposited into my MONEY MARKET account. Later that evening I checked my balance on line and it was not showing like it normally does. At least I had my little paper receipt. Next morning the deposit was showing - in my CHECKING account, leaving that amount exposed and at risk! The wait time was too long. I walked out.
I came in to find out why my daughter student account was closed and to open another account. I arrived at 12:33. They close at 1pm. After they researched why her account was closed she told me I would need to come back on Monday to open a new account. I asked why she said because they wouldn't have enough time to open the account by 1pm. If I arrive to the bank before they close I should be able to handle whatever business I need as I arrived prior to closing! This was extremely poor customer service.
