Absolutely terrible experience. My father went in to make a simple cash deposit into his own mother’s account (my grandmother) using a deposit slip and was turned away with no real help or clear explanation. I’m assuming because he’s black! This is something that should be straightforward, especially when someone is just trying to help their elderly parent.
