Why do they keep stealing my money like they literally are a bank they have all the money why do they need more
Complete incompetence at PNC. They refuse to cash a PNC issued check without an account at their bank. It gets better, they do not have enough cash on hand to give me but refuse to issue me a certified bank check I could use as cash elsewhere. They forced me to open a checking account to wait for check to clear yet were willing to give me cash if they had it on hand. I will be contacting my attorney.
I've had nothing but poor customer service with this PCN location. They refused to cash a insurance check after a devastating flood. They refused to notarize a Document for me unless Both signers were PNC customers, after 15 years I think I'm ready to shop other banks. PCN really needs to work on Customer Service at this branch.
