Horrible, Horrible, Horrible BANK and location
Trash bank, and trash employees at this bank. Hated it!!!
I would give them negative 5 stars if possible. 2/4/26 First off the the lady (glasses, long curly hair in a ponytail) never introduced herself, had no type of customer service skills, had an attitude, and seemed irritated in general upon 1st contact. If you walk into the bank, you would make a right. The office she took me to was the 1st door on the left. She barely explained anything to me and had a smug attitude. PNC was already on my husband's S-list but I continued to bank there for YEARS. I would never in life suggest ... read more
