I don't even want to go PNC Seaford Branch because of certain cashier's whose working there. Trying to set their on rules when I call different branches rules staying the same. I hope I never go need to Seaford Branch again.. it's so terrible
No help even to cancel a checking account, the worse ever
This branch is terrible. They have no management at all. I called to schedule an appointment with a branch manger for my business account. I was told there was no branch manger. I asked for a teller supervisor. They also did not have a teller supervisor. They have all untrained employees they just refer you to another branch. They should close this branch if they don’t have the means to run it properly. I have been standing in line for 20 minutes waiting for a teller! 15 people in line and 2 tellers one of whom is also doing drive through! Ridiculous!! Never experience this at M & T Bank!
This bank is horrible. I was at the ATM depositing checks when they lost power.The ATM took my bank card and the 3 checks I was trying to deposit. I went inside and spoke with the " temporary banker " Michael, who said it would take 3 weeks to do an investigation into checks that I was trying to deposit.I told him that wouldn't work, and I wanted to speak to the branch manager.They took my number and never called me.This bank feels like a mess.I don't blame the tellers,but you can tell it's mismanaged.
