I have been standing in line for 20 minutes waiting for a teller! 15 people in line and 2 tellers one of whom is also doing drive through! Ridiculous!! Never experience this at M & T Bank!
This bank is horrible. I was at the ATM depositing checks when they lost power.The ATM took my bank card and the 3 checks I was trying to deposit. I went inside and spoke with the " temporary banker " Michael, who said it would take 3 weeks to do an investigation into checks that I was trying to deposit.I told him that wouldn't work, and I wanted to speak to the branch manager.They took my number and never called me.This bank feels like a mess.I don't blame the tellers,but you can tell it's mismanaged.
They take forever to do any thing!! They barely have any workers, they always on lunch break or talking and standing around. They never have the people you need there. Very poor service!
Very poor service you can wait 15-20 minutes just to cash a check. You can schedule an appointment with someone but it doesn’t mean the person with whom you have an appointment will be there. They are terribly understaffed. The teller taking care of the drive through should not also be helping customers inside.
Scheduled an appointment with Amber and I arrived on time, waited for 20 minutes and still not attended. Asked how much longer since I was on my lunch break and was informed that they didn't know. What's the point of having an appointment? Poor service and the fact that they just didn't care.
