Scheduled an appointment with Amber and I arrived on time, waited for 20 minutes and still not attended. Asked how much longer since I was on my lunch break and was informed that they didn't know. What's the point of having an appointment? Poor service and the fact that they just didn't care.

The lines are always crazy long and it's insane that you have to stand in the teller line to see a banker. It didn't used to be that way.
