no tellers everything done remotely. 3 days after cashing a check where I needed to insert my credit card to get scanned my card was defrauded.
This is a great bank for you If you want to deposit a simple check and instead of dropping it off you want to spend 55 minutes (FIFTY FIVE )waiting for a teller like Ms. BAUER to process it. There were no issues with the check nor any other customers waiting. Needless to say no one was apologetic. Absolute joke of a financial institution (cannot even call them a bank). No tellers, drive through or after hour drops. They just have a walkup ATM, drive up ATM, and what is essentially an ATM with a video connection inside. 3-4 people inside the building that seem bothered every time I walk in there and just point me to the machine. Only reason I even bother going in is because PNC takes 3-4 weeks to process a check by mail and they end up slapping you with a late fee when I have never had any other bank take more than a w... read more
Incompetent, rude staff. No night drop. Read other reviews and ask yourself why no one responds to all the negative postings. Most of all several customers complain about unauthorized transfers and that management misstates the facts. I know that they missstate the facts when you complain but would you not think the bank manager would at least address such bad reviews? You cannot care less!
