I don't know about other banks but PNC has the worst customer service I've seen. There is a location in Holland that is exceptional but this Mount Pleasant one is bad. One teller at 9am, one obviously came in late at 915 but 4 people in line while the greeter was doing nothing and the only teller was on the phone. It's a shame they can't afford tellers to take care of people who have a cash business. Back again but this time at 2.30pm. 1 teller, 5 people in line waiting. But they have a greeter, so there's that.
