I don't know about other banks but PNC has the worst customer service I've seen. There is a location in Holland that is exceptional but this Mount Pleasant one is bad. One teller at 9am, one obviously came in late at 915 but 4 people in line while the greeter was doing nothing and the only teller was on the phone. It's a shame they can't afford tellers to take care of people who have a cash business.
Does not do checking by phone according to representative, although checks are the origins of banks
Love PNC. Great staff and always can depend in getting all the banking services I need.
