I've gone in here for help a few times, and even just a few minutes before closing they were happy to help me deposit bonds. Very friendly and very helpful.
I came in this establishment enjoying life and left out feeling less than, the teller was not inviting at all after I explained that I traveled because my bank is an hour and a half away and I came 30 minutes away because no one would cash it and PNC was the bank on the check. Been a customer for several years now and thought highly of PNC. All changed when we had to deal with a death. They have no compassion for their customers and the challenges of the legal process that you have to follow. Manager can be just down right rude and the loan department is equally as bad. I would not recommend PNC for any of your financial needs.
