Very nice staff and friendly (Mohammed Alkafil, Ahmad and Megan) It was quite interesting that all of them had an accent, but I loved the staff and their helpful attitude . I think this is the best PNC in Columbus.
People are good, but I’m constantly experiencing issues with this branch.
Don’t even waste your time trying to even attempt to get a home loan with bank, they’re incompetent and can’t do the most basic of basics. In contract on the same property for over 50 days, and they come at the end to say the pre-approval they provided was above the income to debt ratio. Don’t get me started on the lack of communication as well, this bank and the lender Josh mink are a joke. Take your business else where, they won’t waste your time, and your opportunity to close on a house.
Favorite bank. Tellers are always so friendly!.
