Yikes, stay away. They made it abundantly clear they do not care if they make mistakes on their end and those mistakes negatively impact their account holder’s life in a big way. The Wilmington location should really focus on fixing their inability to take accountability or try to make things right with their customers after wronging them. 0/10. Run!
Absolutely horrible customer service. You always "need an appointment" for everything! Needed a new debit card and was told the "person" who does that was busy and would be busy the rest of the day.
I absolutely love this branch. I have been banking with PNC for almost 2 decades and I am extremely with the service I receive. Your tellers are amazing wonderful women who genuinely care about their customers. They are kind, efficient (without making you feel rushed) and make this branch an inviting place to be. So far, PNC Bank has been the best bank I've had since my Navy days. The staff is always ready to serve and they don't price-gouge or fee you until you're broke, for everything. They have worked with me for nearly every step since we changed over to them from chase bank, you know, that's a very apt name for that bank, because they chase all your money away if you let them. Keep up the great work PNC and I'll keep being a loyal mamber!
