Yikes, stay away. They made it abundantly clear they do not care if they make mistakes on their end and those mistakes negatively impact their account holder’s life in a big way. The Wilmington location should really focus on fixing their inability to take accountability or try to make things right with their customers after wronging them. 0/10. Run!
Absolutely horrible customer service. You always "need an appointment" for everything! Needed a new debit card and was told the "person" who does that was busy and would be busy the rest of the day.
I absolutely love this branch. I have been banking with PNC for almost 2 decades and I am extremely with the service I receive. Your tellers are amazing wonderful women who genuinely care about their customers. They are kind, efficient (without making you feel rushed) and make this branch an inviting place to be. I left my old bank because of customer service and I am so grateful that I have PNC to meet my needs.
