Horrendous at any type of customer service. PNC dragged their feet and provided information they knew was false. Even after escalations, they continued to provide me false information regarding my title transfer. When they finally got around to sending my title to my state, they failed to provide any information with that title. All in all, I lost over $1800 as a result of PNC and their response was, "Yea, sorry. No, we have no intention of making this right with you." The worst bank I've ever been to. Would NOT recommend PNC to anyone! I open an account, deposit money, and instantly gets flagged for fraud. I go in to take my money out and cut my losses, NOPE! The cashiers at the register can't figure out how to. They tell me I have to wait until the investigation is done. I WOULD GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!
Started a pre-paid credit card account with MY money approx 2 years ago to hopefully build some credit. (I had none). I put it on auto-pay as directed. 2 years later and it turns out to be a giant waste of effort as no increase of credit rating. So i go in to the branch to close it and get my money back and they cant give me MY MONEY back. Saying it takes 30 days to process. Thanks for nothing PNC. Bank somewhere else people, PNC are crooks in my opinion.
