I absolutely love this branch. I have been banking with PNC for almost 2 decades and I am extremely with the service I receive. So far, PNC Bank has been the best bank I've had since my Navy days. The staff is always ready to serve and they don't price-gouge or fee you until you're broke, for everything. They have worked with me for nearly every step since we changed over to them from chase bank, you know, that's a very apt name for that bank, because they chase all your money away if you let them. Keep up the great work PNC and I'll keep being a loyal mamber!
Horrendous at any type of customer service. PNC dragged their feet and provided information they knew was false. Even after escalations, they continued to provide me false information regarding my title transfer. When they finally got around to sending my title to my state, they failed to provide any information with that title. All in all, I lost over $1800 as a result of PNC and their response was, "Yea, sorry. No, we have no intention of making this right with you."
