Was told there wouldn’t be stacked overdraft fees but there is, don’t choose pnc
Went in and made a checking account with patrick, he was awesome he gave me great advice and was very friendly and kind, and a great help!
The ATM had an error and ate my card before I could enter my pin. No one in the bank is trusted enough to touch the ATM so the teller offered to print a new debit card for me and I was on my way. Days later I noticed a $7.50 CARD REPLACEMENT FEE on my account. Your ATM stole my card and then you charge me a fee without approval??? I had to spend 15 minutes on the phone to get the fee removed. I think its time for a new bank.
