Terribly irresponsible business behaviors. They like to leave cryptic voicemail asking you to call back about your account. I thought it was possibly a scam so I was concerned since the account info was right. Nothing wrong, just a sleazy sales call to manipulate you to calling back. Scum.

Been using PNC for over 5 years now, account got closed for no obvious reason. Came to branch, nobody knows why and seemed annoyed by me asking questions, couldn’t give a single sentence of explanation, because “banks can fire you as a customer for any reason they want”. Never coming back to PNC.
