Go to a different PNC bank as this one has mostly bankers and you cannot get change for smaller bills, from their ATM machine, which, also does not give you change under a dollar from a check; it keeps this change. Got wrong information when I called and wrong information when I was in this bank and this was very trying. Plus I was there for 1.5 hours for what turned out to be a complicated transaction.
This "bank" location feels like an elaborate prank. There are no tellers, there are no normal bank fixtures, just a few cubicles on the left and some plain grey walls on the right. I lost my wallet and went in to get cash, I was told they don't have cash at this location. There was one woman in a cubicle trying her hardest to type an email. That's it, that's the whole "bank"
Inferior to other pncs I’ve been to. Went there four times for the same issue with no real help. Went to the holmdel branch and they figured it out within 10 minutes. Just make the trip and go to a different branch
