This is not a real bank, it's a kiosk inside a grocery store. Which was closed, even though their hours clearly said they would be open.
I had a cashier's check printed here. First the bank worker printed the name incorrectly on the check but wouldn't reprint it. I decided because it was a small typo it probably wouldn't matter. Later I came to return that check as it was no longer needed for it's original purpose. The bank worker told me the correct way to return it was to deposit it at the ATM. I deposit it this way. When the lady asked me what she could help me with I told her I needed my card printed. When I waited 15 minutes she finally came back. I asked if I needed to go to a different location and she responded with sass, yes; because it's appointment only. When she asked who told me to come to this location I said corporate. Her misdemeanor changed completely. Then I told her she wasted 15 minutes of my time when in the beginning said she was going to help me.
