I have been a loyal PNC customer for years. This branch needs help. Ot took me 15 minutes to sign in to see a banker. I have been sitting here in the lobby for an hour. No wonder why people do banking online. I rather sit online for an hour then sit in this branch office.
Worst branch, so hit or miss. Their Wi-Fi cut out due to a storm for three hours and they didn't put up a sign or inform anyone.
