Rude and unprofessional teller today. Just disgusted. 1 teller with 6-7 people in line just waiting . It’s the holiday week, where are the tellers? Will not be returning to this branch. Just ignorant people work here .
Please fix the outdoor atm machine bc it doesn't allow you to make cash deposits UPDATE: machine now makes cash deposits. Thanks!

I have been a loyal PNC customer for years. This branch needs help. Ot took me 15 minutes to sign in to see a banker. I have been sitting here in the lobby for an hour. No wonder why people do banking online. I rather sit online for an hour then sit in this branch office.
