Great staff, very helpful
I take an elderly fella, that my kid helps provide care for, to this location multiple times a month…yes the drive thru is slow but they are efficient in providing service and it’s perfect for an elderly man to hear what they are saying and they take their time with him so he doesn’t have to walk all the way in the branch. This same location did the same for my MIL years ago so it’s nice to see they have compassion for their longstanding and elderly customers.
I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at this PNC bank located at 4726 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40216, with an employee named Cassandra, who was stationed at the front desk. I came in needing to get a settlement notarized a straightforward task since the documents were already finalized by a judge. Initially, I was assisted by Claudia, another banker, who was professional and attentive.
