Extremely Poor Experience — PNC Was No Help After My Cards Were Stolen I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with PNC’s response after both my debit and credit cards were stolen. This was already a stressful and frightening situation, and I expected my bank to be of more help in getting my cards replaced and fraud charges disputed.
