My sister went this branch this morning to deposit cash into my checking acct and the teller (Trisch) was not very helpful. My sister supplied My address and last four number of my checking account to deposit not to withdraw and stated that she could not complete the transaction with out the actaul account number. Ive been a customer of PNC Bank for over 15 years and i have 3 accounts along side a credit card.I have recently applied for a loan for a food truck trailer which i have allready paid 60% of it. The people who managed the loan promised to give me informed updates on the process,never happened.
