Went by to cash my check this afternoon. The black lady behind the counter was rude because I didn’t have an account there with them. When I gave her my other forms of ID she insisted that she still would not help me. The company I work for has an account with them so it shouldn’t have been an issue. But the lack of professionalism and care by this lady left a horrible taste in my mouth! The PNC bank in Pell City is remarkably one of the highlights for great service in Pell City. It’s a nice big establishment and the tellers are always smiling. If I’ve had a terrible morning and have to go to the bank someone is usually there opening the door. It’s little tinny things that make your day a little brighter.
Their only outdoor ATM is constantly down. Pick a different bank!
