ATM machines do not work. I've never had a problem at any other PNC location, only this one.
ATM never works, today it was the deposit option not working. Several times I’ve gone to withdrawal money and that option was not working. In addition to that but not directly related to this branch I’ve had fraudulent activity with PNC more than any other bank and a late payment reported for 2018 that turned up on 2023 that I’m positive never happened, I’ve always been on time with my payments. Constantly disappointing me. Never get anything done here. They set up so many rules to prevent basic services for customers. Even deposit a cash for other ppl’s account ,sign up POA, no business sense. Ppl work there seems polite on surface but they are lazy and not responsive.
We have had our accounts with PNC for our personal and business banking for almost 10 years. We were so happy at the beginning but now we are EXTREMELY disappointed. They no longer have tellers, they only have TWO ATMS, one in the drive thru and one inside. In multiple occasions the ATM outside wouldn't either give cash, take deposit and for the past WEEK it hasn't been available to do either, I had to take off work early so I could make it to the ATM inside before they closed, when I asked when they were going to fix he ATM... read more
Sign says it's a bank, it's not a bank. They don't accept cash. Waste of time. I will be moving my accounts to an actual bank.
