Opened a new bank account here today! Was already low energy from running around all day- but as soon as I arrived the banker was waiting to open the door for me- she asked what I needed and immediately knew how to help once I told her. My current bank unfortunately just didn’t know how to handle my request. PNC banker talked to me about my recent move, my kids, and asked about my overall well being and it was just nice to have someone be so personable and professional while handling my banking needs. 10/10 would recommend.
They obviously don't care about their customers safety. They had the audacity to tell me not to wear my blade on my belt inside. When less than a month ago 3 YN's tried to rob me outside at the ATM. I respectfully leave my forms of self defense, but to not have an armed security guard present and require people be unarmed when leaving with any form of monetary allotment is reckless endangerment to the customers. Especially in today's social environment.
I would recommend this bank to everyone. Mikayla is very knowledgeable about the bank accounts you can open with her and is tech savvy and will have your account open in a timely manner. Chasity is a wonderful teller who always has a smile on her face and is willing to help with cashing checks, deposits, and more. Furthermore, if you're looking to start a small business, Carol is the woman for the job! In addition to all the other wonderful people working at this bank, you will not be disappointed if you were to join!
