Terrible place to bank. Only care about new customers and new accounts
PNC has only ONE branch in greater Annapolis (hint: it's at Parole Center if you need it) where they have personnel available to receive a large deposit, exchange dirty/damaged or inconvenient currency issued by their ATM, or provide Notary service. These were services that had been available at the defunct Eastport branch and usually available at the Giant supermarket branch. The staff here has been great, they worked very hard on some difficult issues and it all was taken care of very smoothly.
