Regular customer here(4-5 times a week). Staff is always very helpful and swift to take care of customers in line. Manager is there greeting and opening doors most days for folks. Atm works well too Noticed there wasn't any up to date reviews and not everybody stops to leave positive feedback. I have been a happy account holder here for years for our local business needs & feel they do a good job altogether at this branch.
This branch is not open till 2 on a Saturday in the drive through
ATM is broken every Friday without fail… for well over a year now. Just go to Annapolis & save yourself the wasted time. This whole branch has gone downhill since Joanne retired.
Lady was extremely rude,as a loyal PNC customer i would never use this branch again
Employees are very rude. I went to put cash in the ATM one morning. I unfortunately didn't count it because it was a lot of $1.00 bills that I had in my dresser for a while. The ATM said it could not deposit it and didn't return all my money. I called the number on the screen they said the best thing was to just go inside. The whole time the woman was rude to me.
