The original PNC location on Mountain Rd closed last year, but there's a "branch" if you will in the Giant at Lakeshore Plaza. Yeah, it's tiny, (and inside the store itself) but with the only other in-person alternative located in Glen Burnie, so not much choice. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I had a bad experience with PNC's phone "service" with an issue I was having (on hold for *an hour* for something that could've been resolved in a few minutes?! Totally unacceptable). This place was fine but it doesn’t exist anymore. It permanently closed April 14th 2021. Closest branch is the Ritchie Highway Glen Burnie location.
