Waited in line today as the next one up for 15 min. Clerk had someone in the office, never looked at me, never acknowledged my existence, especially since there was no other clerk working. I can't stand customer service people who don't know how to provide or what it means. A little goes a long way.
This is the worst branch I have been to in my 40 plus years of banking. The were so bad I closed my account after 11 years of banking with PNC.
They need more staff.
I've been coming to this branch for several years now. I've always found them friendly, helpful, and efficient.
