Horrible branch. Can't do much more than an ATM--which they have 10 feet away in the grocery store. If they can do something else, it takes 10 times as long as going to the real PNC branch about 3 blocks away.
Mixed feelings about this bank and a little sour taste after a colleague had a similar experience. I signed up for a special promotion as a new customer to PNC to receive $200. I met all the qualifications. I was supposed to make a certain number of deposits within a specified time period and from the day I signed up at this location (Giant Food at Festival at Riva) I was unable to make any deposits.
