Update: Just got a voice mail stating they needed to talk with me. I took time from work to call them back expecting to need to address an account issue. Imagine my surprise when I learned it was a sales call! Did I want a Money Market account? Is there a more convenient time for me to have them try to sell me something?? How about never. This bank does not accept cash deposits. No tellers available inside for normal banking. I was told to drive 15 minutes away to go make my deposit at another branch. Very frustrating.
This bank doesn't take cash inside. I needed help and a lady told me only atms took cash and the people were not allowed to handle cash. They also cannot make new cards on the spot here like my other pnc bank. I normally only go to this bank to deposit money.
Plz bring back tellers. We don't want to use the ATM
Why is this bank telling me they do not handle cash? Literally, what do you even do here? What is this building for, because it's not for banking obviously.....
