In a way, I'm glad that this branch is closing at the end of business next Friday. I'm still a little bit upset about how I was treated here last winter. The only reason I was here two weeks ago was because the Euclid and East 9th branch didn't have any rolls of quarters. Service was just a little bit better that day.
I know this branch just reopened from the pandemic and the riot, but I don't think that their setup for business operation needs to be any different than the only other open downtown branch at Euclid and East 9th. The Euclid and East 9th branch is still very busy about 90 percent of the time they are open. Why can't this branch do more to relieve some of the workload at the other branch?
Treat people as you would like to be treated. The people were friendly and courteous.
Worst bank ever! Been a customer since 2012, was looking to purchase my first home and due to the extreme racism that exist within this bank, they would not even return my call regarding my pre approval!
