Had a hold on my account and I went in to get it addressed expecting it to take a couple days to remove but Miss Starr was so helpful & thorough. The hold was removed same day because of her effort. Excellent customer service and I am very proud to be a PNC member because of her! She went above and beyond with making me feel comfortable with this process because it took a while. Great conversation & overall great human being. 10/10 would recommend.
January 13,2026 Update Both ATMs have been changed and newer versions were installed. Overall my experience with PNC has been great compared to other banks. From timely check deposits to large cash withdrawals* until the new lower limits* were implemented. Plus its easy internal transfers to multiple accounts for savings. Ive had my account with PNC for over 10 years and I opened my account at this location. Polite folks
I cane n for a scheduled appointment carrying my electric scooter as I have for every other appointment and security started being disrespectful and yelling at me the moment I walked in and told me I had to leave. Could have been respectful and I'd have kept my business here. Should have paid attention to the other reviews and I'd have known the type of business I'm dealing with. The woman who helped me open my account was wonderful, since everyone was anything but.
