Polite folks
I cane n for a scheduled appointment carrying my electric scooter as I have for every other appointment and security started being disrespectful and yelling at me the moment I walked in and told me I had to leave. Could have been respectful and I'd have kept my business here. Should have paid attention to the other reviews and I'd have known the type of business I'm dealing with. The woman who helped me open my account was wonderful, since everyone was anything but.
August 15,2024 Both ATM machines are boarded up and unavailable at the moment. Overall my experience with PNC has been great compared to other banks. From timely check deposits to large cash withdrawals* until the new lower limits* were implemented. Plus its easy internal transfers to multiple accounts for savings. By far the rudest most unprofessional group of individuals I ever encountered. I came in to start a bank account and found it rude that Shante jones thought it was appropriate to answer her phone in the middle of helping me to discuss lunch. She also stopped midway through to give her mechanic her car keys so he could fix her car in the parking lot. I also wanted to deposit my 401k check and approached a teller with a horrible attitude that gave me a hard time. I’m an operations manager that run a crew of 20 daily. One thing... read more
