I went to PNC bank location on Collinwood and 152nd street. Once I approached the counter the bank teller was unprofessional.He wouldn't cash my check and when I wanted to open an account with them he refused to let me speak with someone. One person walked in and didn't have an appointment but they let them speak to someone. I told him I wouldn't be able to make it to another PNC branch and he tried to be funny saying "Oh, what?
