The older white Lady attitude isn’t great, needs to learn how to speak to people.
I was in the branch this morning and the teller who waited on me was Tia she was very professional and met the needs that I needed addressed.
I was made to feel like a criminal when I went inside this branch today. My debit card was cracked so I asked for a new one. I also filled out a withdrawal slip for a large amount of money for a car repair. The teller told me I had to sign the slip again because my signature didn't match the signature card on file. She had my license and I pulled out my social security card that also had my signature. She said I had to sign again because of the amount of fraud they have experienced and repeated my signature did not match. I ... read more
