I have had a PNC account for over 11 years and I'll be closing my accounts tomorrow because of the terrible experience I had with both this branch and the phone system for PNC customers. As a small business owner now, I reached out to them several times in 2019 about loan options and no one ever called me back. Today they really just let me know that there isn't any loyalty or care on their end for the people who choose to bank with them. They do not care about you or your money at all so don't even waste your time.
Favorite place to do banking, friendly staff
Not good customer service, they never sent me the bank card I requested so I had to reorder the bankcard from the PNC near my job (Brecksville) which has excellent customer service. The banker that opened my account was not very informative. I will only frequent the PNC near my job.
