This is my favorite breech so very helpful and kind a really nice bunch of folks.
Long time customer and needed to get a boat title notarized. Called them the day before and was told no appointment necessary and come on in. Showed up the next day and was told they would notarize my signature but not the other person since they weren't a PNC customer. Wasn't happy but asked if I could pay for them to notarize his signature so I wouldn't have to run around looking for a notary. Was told nope, couldn't help a customer.
