I always go to PNC to change some bills this was always my bank until today Wednesday I went and a Cuban woman with a bad temper refused to change my bills then I asked her if she could exchange 25 dollars and she refused the truth I first that I feel discriminated against maybe she thought my money was fake oh I don't know but I left unsatisfed I'm already talking to a lawyer to file a lawsuit so that they fire the lady for her bad character and for her bad prejudice
The ignorant woman at the entry desk chews with her mouth open while trying to speak to you. Gross. This was 10/21/25 around 1:45.

Come in 3rd street location to speak online banking, lady at door barely can speak English tells me the computers are down for that, she then tells me can I make appointment-I reply no ma’am I’ll just come back another day then I go to leave and just double checks with her just in case she didn’t understand me.
