Slow service, expect to stand in line for a long time for simple transactions. A Vietnamese woman (i think her name is Donna) that works there is extremely rude and arogant.

Pésima la atención las empleadas están hablando en pleno turno laboral como si estuvieran en un crucero de vacaciones y yo un cliente potencial esperando que alguien pudiera atenderme porque había hecho una cita y la perdí por problemas personales y iba a volver a hacer una cita y como vieron que era inmigrante y también casi la hora de irse enseguida me empezaron a poner pretextos y a pedirme información que no tenía porque obviamente iba a programar una cita no iba a una cita como tal.
