Severely UNDERSTAFFED
This branch is a joke. Nothing ever takes 5-10 minutes. Everything is always an ordeal and they are always disorganized. Today, I tried to add my daughter to my bank account. My wife had passed and I needed to add her to my account. I was told it would take 5-10 minutes. It took an hour and 15 minutes to add my daughter to the account because they lost the death certificate I turned into Maria 12 days ago. I was told it was probably in her desk, but she was gone. I really loved the two people who helped me with my business account troubles and helped me set up a joint account with my spouse. I’m sure others have had issues with this bank but this bank is my go-to for any PNC needs :)
