I am absolutely fed up with this garbage excuse of a bank, they keep locking my card, and then they say change my password. So I did, I wrote it down and now it continues saying my password is wrong and locked me out, I literally have to go all night at work without food because they couldn't help me and the lady was disrespectful I will be coming by and switching my account

They all always treat me and my family wonderful.
They are the worse! When I first opened the account they had to give me a second card because the first one they sent, I did not receive and had to go to the branch to get one. Over time they have held so many checks of mine. They closed my account which I didn’t know and deposited money into the account which it allowed (although it’s closed!!). When I called they told me that I can’t even get information on when they will return my money until next Monday.
