I really loved the two people who helped me with my business account troubles and helped me set up a joint account with my spouse. I’m sure others have had issues with this bank but this bank is my go-to for any PNC needs :)
Absolutely awful. One of the worst banks I have ever worked with.
Don't recommend. Ordered a pin code about 4 weeks. Still haven't gotten it
If I could give it no stars I would They’re not helpful in any way and very insensitive when it comes to answering questions about an estate account that was already closed but is for some reason still open I’m so glad I bank with a credit union that is always willing to answer any questions I have
