They don't have any tellers. They have 4 machines. Zero help. 4 or 5 employees sitting in cubicles doing anything except helping customers
***This review is based solely on my opinion/experience with said company.*** WOW, no tellers. They want you to do everything for them by using an ATM inside or out. That wouldn't have been a problem if I just needed to make a deposit or withdraw. I met my daughter there to transfer her some money by a certified check. We were told no and that we would have to go to the one in Valley Station if we needed anything like that. There was a greeter there and she was friendly. I typically visit this location for the ATM (both drive-thru and lobby ATMs are available), but once I walked in with an issue that required assistance. While the employee was cordial, I was told that I needed to go to another PNC that had in-person tellers. I'm not sure why this location is staffed to begin with (loan or mortgage staff, perhaps?) if not for the primary purpose of banking and tellers.
