I typically visit this location for the ATM (both drive-thru and lobby ATMs are available), but once I walked in with an issue that required assistance. While the employee was cordial, I was told that I needed to go to another PNC that had in-person tellers. I'm not sure why this location is staffed to begin with (loan or mortgage staff, perhaps?) if not for the primary purpose of banking and tellers.
This so-called bank is trash. There is no physical teller. Just a machine and some guy that's there to teach you how to use the machine. The problem is, it takes forever. I waited for the one person that was in front of me until I finally said forget it and left. I will never return to this branch. Absolutely ridiculous
