ATM's are always down, or don't do all functions of certain transactions it seems, never seen anything like it.
DO NOT BANK WITH THEM the bank admitted that even if you have issues the branch manager is unable to help you you must call a 1800 number to have issues resolved and the 1800 number hangs up on you ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BANK I would recommend a local or semi local bank where you are not just a number
Does not support customers.
Instead of having 2 greeter playing on their phone add more tellers.
Like being at a license branch.. closed locations and removed ATMs from Thornton locations.. change your phone number and you get locked out of online services for a month.. it is run by non tech savvy children. ATM attached to the bank has no money.. you have to go to the other ATM which looks like it was recently broken into.. this is a travesty of a bank
