Not a good experience . They do lot of your document verification, multiple id's, social security number and on top of it sending one time pass code on mobile if you wish to withdraw money . Lot of time consuming
Terrible experience people hear do nothing but give misinformation I’m closing all my accounts and going straight to Bank of America and they over charge you when they know you’re closing your account never using pnc again when you have an appointment and you arrive on time the take you late
I have a small business and use this branch often. My experience has always been professional and courteous. No complaints here.
Probably the best PNC branch I been to. Staff greet you, the lines are quick, and they are very accommodating
Horrible service. I was in the drive way waiting for more than 30 minutes. They were laughing fooling around have a full blown conversation. When they see me they just ignore not say anything and keep on with there conversation. Worst service every time I go into the bank and drive way.
