I am writing to formally express my concern regarding my recent experience at the PNC branch. Upon arriving shortly after the bank had closed, I was informed by one of the tellers that while the branch closes at 6:00 PM, the ATM remains available for customer use 24 hours a day. Relying on that information, I attempted to use the ATM. During my transaction, however, the machine retained my debit card and would not return it.
