slowest bank ever but friendly staff
Very unwelcoming atmosphere. As I walked in the door with a smile, 2 tellers and possibly the manager said "can we help you" in a very rude manner. The manager proceeded to cross her arms and stare me up and down with a mad look on her face like I was a burden to her. She then proceeds to stare down a Purple Heart Veteran, and walk over to a customer and whisper to her while watching over the customers shoulder at the Veteran. Been with PNC for 5 years and never had any issues! Good bank to have and to monitor all of your Online Banking which is easy to use. Customer Service there is very good, everyone there knows you by your name and makes you feel welcome.
Always an issue at this bank. Slow service.
