I wish I could give zero stars. My husband and I just set up a joint debit account through here. WORST account we’ve ever had. We STILL have pending charges from purchases we made a week prior , and still have a $100 charge from last week for using our card at the pump (we didn’t spend $100) WORST BANK ACCOUNT EVER. We’re switching back to Chase this is ridiculous. We never know what our actual balance is anymore.
