The Manger Kim Ramirezis very unprofessional at this branch . I went to the branch and need to speak to the manager about my account and she said I have to make an appointment for that . She was not in her cabin and talking to one customer outside cabin laughing but did not want to help me and told me to come during week days. I explained her my busy work schedule during week days but still she did not helped me and referred to go to the other branches.I told her I can wait till she is available but she was still not ready .... read more
I have been with PNC for about 3 years. I read all these negative comments and cannot understand why my experience is so different. I appreciate my financial advisor and all the other employees there. I have never had a problem.
Not nice manger she would not give single out verey mean branch.
Every single time I'm there with an issue, it gets resolved faster than if I'm on the phone with card services. Great people
My fiancee's card got hacked into and whoever hacked it stole just shy of $1000.00. We went to that PNC because we figured they could flag the transactions and get her a new card, but after getting there they offered no help once so ever wouldn't answer her questions or anything.
