do you feel your PNC branch location sucks? if so, try this location and you'll quickly find a new level of respect for your location as this has got to be the worst PNC site in the entire country. Hard to say what stinks the worst here from the layout to the curmudgeonly tellers to the inept managers. I'd rather have a kid whack my in the shins with a scooter than have to do another transaction here.
I agree with Sonal Patel. Mgr Kim is not helpful!!
I have been a PNC member for over 15yrs formally at the Summit Branch. This location leaves a lot to be desired. I was just on the phone for 15mins to get some help and eventually the person came back to tell me to call customer service. Not helpful and major waste of time.
